Travelling from across the pond to join our team for a sold-out showcase of unbelievable cuisine and outstanding wines, we’re thrilled to have played host to Michelin-star Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal on Saturday, April 13. Previously the Executive Head Chef and Sommelier at three-Michelin-star restaurant The Fat Duck, the duo now owns and operates London’s highly acclaimed two-Michelin-star restaurant, Trivet.
Working together with Executive Chef Ron McKinlay, our talented teams made magic, delivering a one-night-only culinary experience above the clouds that wowed with technique, taste and presentation. From a mouthwatering scallop with hazelnuts, aonori, vermouth and apple, to drunk lobster and roast Ontario lamb, each bite was a testament to shared passion and expertise. Along with cocktails spotlighting our beverage sponsor Highland Park Whisky, the evening was a massive success and an incredible culinary journey.
