As spring unfolds in Toronto, we’re pleased to welcome two-Michelin-star Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal to our team on the 54th floor for the ultimate fine dining collaboration.
Joining us from London, England, Ontario-born Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal have been working at the pinnacle of the industry for decades. Previously the Executive Head Chef and Sommelier at three-Michelin-star restaurant The Fat Duck, they now own and operate the highly acclaimed two-Michelin-star restaurant Trivet.
We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 13 for a one-night-only eight-course tasting menu as Canoe hosts the Trivet duo to deliver an evening of unbelievable cuisine, tantalizing presentation, and outstanding wines. Purchase tickets to reserve a table in our sky-high dining room or watch the magic unfold in the kitchen with extremely limited Chef’s Rail Tickets for the best seat in the house.
